Westview was established in 1994 and celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary during the 2019-20 school year. The Westview Hall of Fame was established in 2020 and will continue with yearly nominations. The inductee's will be honored each year at the Westview Hall of Fame award dinner.
The Westview High School Hall of Fame recognizes individuals for their athletic, academic, artistic, service to community, contributions to the character of Westview High School and their prominence after graduation. The induction into the Hall of Fame will be the highest honor bestowed by Westview High School.
Criteria for nomination: Individuals must be either be a Westview graduate and have left school in good standing and remain in good standing or an individual who gave service to Westview High School in the form of a coach, director, volunteer, staff member or community partner.
Former students must have attended Westview for a minimum of two years. Individuals are not eligible for nomination until three years after graduation or service to the school. A team may be nominated as an entity but is not eligible for nomination until five years after graduation. All nominees to the Hall of Fame will serve as ambassadors of Westview High School and provide inspiration to future Wildcats.
All nominees must be of good moral character, with outstanding leadership qualities and must be held in high esteem by their colleagues, coaches and alumni.
